TOP 10 BEST-SELLING SUVs IN CANADA - JULY 2010

Poor GMC. Although GoodCarBadCar.net frequently pairs platform-mates together in Sales Stats posts, it's never felt right for the GMC Terrain and Chevrolet Equinox. (They do appear together in the Small SUV Sales Graphs.) In Best Sellers lists, however, only the Sierra and Silverado are thrown together, never anything else. In July 2010, then, a month in which 2010 GMC Terrain sales totalled 1047, the Equinox's twin nearly cracks the list of Top 10 Best-Selling SUVs In Canada.... but not quite. Imagine how General Motors is feeling about their small crossover duet: the Terrain and Equinox combined to sell 2855 units, a figure that'd land GM in second spot on this list.

Ah, but first place, as always, remained in Ford's hands in July 2010. The Ford Escape, or should we say, the heavily incentivized Ford Escape, was sold nearly twice as often as its nearest competitor, the 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe (Driven by The Good Car Guy on Monday).
