BMW's 6-Series went on a rampage in July 2010 with sales climbing from 174 in June to nearly 1,000 last month. Among members of the premium sporty car class, the Jaguar XK also posted a rapid increase in sales: 47.2% over June 2010.
Down a notch in price and prestige, the Audi A5 is a dominant player. (Canada's version of this Graph also includes the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, but Hyundai USA doesn't separate the Genesis Coupe's sales from overall Genesis totals.) The A5's strength is seen more clearly in the light of the gorgeous-but-no-longer-trendy Audi TT. For every TT sold, Audi sells more than seven A5s.
