Full-size SUV sales in Canada jumped 87% in April 2015, a reflection of the fact that, at this time a year ago, the top contenders were transitioning between generations.

The GMC Yukon was the segment's top seller, 25 sales ahead of the Ford Expedition, sales figures for which take into account both regular and long-wheelbase iterations. By that definition, one would combine, at the very least, the Yukon and Yukon XL. 

That pairing generated 383 April sales.
