April 2015 sales of the Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, and GMC Yukon declined in the United States; Yukon XL sales increased by only 19 units.

As a result, segment-wide sales tumbled 13%, since Ford Expedition sales also decreased. 

But does that mean the big four GM brutes are selling poorly? By the standards of ancient history, yes. By the standards of April 2014, yes. But by the standards of recent standards, no. GM owned 77% of the full-size, truck-based SUV category in the U.S. in April 2015.
