During the same month, Canadian sales of the Cadillac Escalade and its long-wheelbase Cadillac Escalade ESV jumped 157%, a year-over-year increase of 124 units; an increase worth more volume than the Lexus LX570's best ever November sales total.

Infiniti QX80 sales jumped 40%. The Land Rover Range Rover posted a 69% increase. Lincoln Navigator volume improved by three units.
And the segment-leading Mercedes-Benz GL-Class more than doubled its November volume to 297 units, the highest total for the GL since April of last year.

Pricing for the GL starts around $80K, depending on your choice of a gas or diesel V6. The least costly V8 GL-Class starts at $102,300 before fees. The Cadillac Escalade GCBC is reviewing this week is optioned up, with fees, to $106,190.
